Reporting & Results

You will receive a monthly email summary with a dashboard link. PPC clients also receive weekly performance snapshots so ad spend, leads, calls, and campaign trends stay visible between monthly reports.
No honest agency should guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, or ROI. Search engines, platforms, markets, competitors, and customer behavior all change. What we do guarantee is strategic work, transparent reporting, and ongoing optimization based on the data.

Retainers & Scope

The Monthly Maintenance Retainer covers platform and plugin updates, minor text and image edits, uptime and speed monitoring, backups and security checks where supported, monthly analytics reporting, and priority email support.
Yes. Minor content updates are included in the retainer, but larger requests such as new pages, major layout changes, custom development, campaign builds, or expanded SEO work are quoted separately or billed hourly.
Retainers require written notice before cancellation. In-progress work is completed or wrapped up, final billing is reconciled, and any open items are documented so there is a clean handoff.

Onboarding & Process

Start by booking a free 15-minute consultation. From there, we review your goals, recommend the right service or service mix, send a tailored proposal and scope, then schedule a kickoff call to gather access, assets, and timeline details.
Most projects start with brand assets, website or platform access, Google Business Profile permissions if local SEO is involved, analytics access where available, and a clear picture of your goals, audience, offers, and current pain points.
Project work includes clearly defined review points and two rounds of revisions per major phase unless the proposal states otherwise. Extra revisions or requests outside the approved scope are handled through a change request, hourly work, or retainer support.

Payment & Ownership

Website projects typically require a 50% deposit at signing and the remaining 50% at launch. One-time services are usually paid up front unless otherwise arranged. Monthly retainers are billed monthly with 15-day terms. Photography is typically due upon delivery.
Yes. Your website, domain, hosting, ad accounts, analytics properties, business listings, content, and delivered photography should stay in your name wherever the platform allows. ScatterBranch acts as a guide and implementation partner, not a gatekeeper.

Privacy & Location

Sites use HTTPS where supported, forms use spam protection and secure handling, and access is limited to the tools needed for the work. Client data is handled according to the ScatterBranch Digital Marketing Privacy Policy and retained only as needed for service delivery.
ScatterBranch Digital Marketing is based in Commerce, Texas and works with clients remotely. On-site work is available when the project calls for it, especially photography, local business content, and select strategy sessions.
