  • The Monthly Maintenance Retainer covers platform and plugin updates, unlimited minor text and image edits, monthly analytics reports, and priority email support.

  • Yes, any work beyond minor edits such as new webpages or major design changes will be billed at an hourly rate.

    1. Book a free 15-minute consultation on the service(s) you’re interested in.

    2. Receive a tailored proposal and scope document based on the selected service(s). 

    3. Join a kickoff call to gather assets and set the timeline for your business goals. 

    4. Work will begin following ScatterBranch Digital Marketing procedures.

  • To begin a project, I’ll request brand assets, website access, Google Business permissions, and your business goals or existing analytics data.

  • Each project phase includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions and requests are handled as hourly work or under your retainer.

    • For Website service(s), a 50% deposit is due at signing, with the remaining 50% due upon launch.

    • One-time packages require full upfront payment unless arranged otherwise.

    • Monthly retainers are billed monthly with 15-day terms.

    • For Photography service(s), payment is due upon delivery.

  • You’re required to send a 30-day written notice. I’ll complete any in-progress tasks and finalize billing for hours worked.

  • While specific rankings or ROI cannot be guaranteed, I commit to best practices transparent reporting and ongoing optimizations to maximize your results.

  • All sites use HTTPS encryption, forms employ spam protection and secure storage, and data is retained until users request deletion, as stated in our Privacy Policy.
