7. Cookies
Our website uses functional cookies set by Squarespace and analytics cookies set by Google. The client portal uses a single authentication cookie (sb_eco_client) to maintain your login session. You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings; disabling the session cookie will prevent portal login.
8. International Transfers
Our service providers, including Cloudflare and Google, may process data on servers located in the United States and other countries. By using our site and portal, you consent to these transfers.
9. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, secure token hashing, rate limiting on authentication endpoints, anomaly detection, and access logging. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email.
11. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
