File Uploads

Files you attach to support tickets are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. Access is restricted to authenticated users within your organization only.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (newsletter and marketing), contractual necessity (client portal and service delivery), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing our platform.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers as necessary to operate our website and client portal:

All providers are contractually required to handle data in compliance with applicable law.

6. Your Rights

Under Texas law and applicable federal law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

7. Cookies

Our website uses functional cookies set by Squarespace and analytics cookies set by Google. The client portal uses a single authentication cookie (sb_eco_client) to maintain your login session. You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings; disabling the session cookie will prevent portal login.

8. International Transfers

Our service providers, including Cloudflare and Google, may process data on servers located in the United States and other countries. By using our site and portal, you consent to these transfers.

9. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, secure token hashing, rate limiting on authentication endpoints, anomaly detection, and access logging. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
